Eligibility

To meet the requirements for participation in the Program, the following criteria must be met consistently throughout the Program:

  • 1.Startups are required to be officially registered and have their headquarters located in India.
  • 2.Representatives must be at least 18 years old.
  • 3.Your business must be centered around the gaming industry.
  • 4.You must ensure that all mandatory sections of the application form have been completed.
  • 5.The representative acknowledges that any benefits obtained through the Program will belong to their business entity rather than to them individually.
  • 6.International teams with a registered entity in India, with more than 50% of their team based in India, are eligible to enroll in the program.
  • 7.Student teams from India can submit their applications without having a registered legal entity. Still, they must complete the registration process after the application is accepted and before receiving any milestone funding.

Game/App Requirements

The Game must adhere to the following criteria:

  • 1.It should not include, integrate, or utilize any content, materials, or elements that are illegal or contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
  • 2.It must refrain from being disrespectful, offensive, menacing, slanderous, disparaging, defamatory, or containing any content that is unsuitable, sexual, vulgar, indecent, tortuous, discriminatory in any form, or that advocates hatred or harm towards any individual or group, or otherwise goes against the ethos of the Program.
  • 3.It must not incorporate any content, materials, or elements that infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  • 4.Please note that we do not accept Gambling and Real Money game applications.

Selection Criteria

Following the Submission Period, the Review Committee will assess the submissions based on the criteria outlined in these Terms to determine the eligible entries.

The submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Innovation
    The uniqueness and novelty of the startup idea within the gaming industry.
  • Market Potential
    The startup can potentially address a gap in the gaming market and attract a significant player base.
  • Team Expertise
    The skills and experience of the startup team members are relevant to game development and business.
  • Viability
    The feasibility of the proposed idea regarding technical, financial, and resource requirements.
  • Clarity
    A well-defined concept and goals.
  • Passion
    The team’s enthusiasm and commitment towards their idea and the gaming industry.
